It was easy get the tickets in the website. They have a lower price than the other websites. We can ride for the same tkt price the Blue and Red trajectory. This is a great way to know the city for a first time visitor.
Seamless booking thru the app. Wait at bus stop and staff just scan the QR code and you are ready to go. I bought the 4hr pkg. 1 trip on red line, 1 trip on blue line.
We did the blue and red line in one day. It was a great way to see Taipei in a short amount of time. The bus runs on time, it was easy to get off and back on from our chosen sights (Palace Museum, Grand Hotel (had lunch there), Chiang Kai-shek Memorial and 101. On the way back we followed the route on our maps app and got off at the stop nearest our hotel so didn’t need to go all the way back to the station.
We took the red line and it was a good introduction to Taipei. We didn’t hop off and did a full round back to Taipei Station. The commentary in English was ok but wish it could be timely.
Great experience, the 2 routes were very different and we hardly had to wait due to the constant frequency.
fun ride to tour taiwan
Impressed the service attendance on board the bus very helpful and friendly. I tried to find bus stop at ximending to board the bus, we search for 15mins and missed the bus. Hope the map can clearly indicate where is the bus stop near to ximen station which exit. Overall very good experience. Thanka
Used the bus while it’s running at a summer holiday timetable, which has more services. Would be better if there is more commentary about the visited locations.
