This class is completely beginner friendly but adaptable to intermediate and advanced students as well. Experience a mix of active moving with deep stretches and a nice relaxing rest at the end. Please bring your own hydrating beverage as it may be warm. Join a wonderful and fun class practicing yoga outside!
