Very good experience, once booking booked on Pelago. Someone in charged in bali will contact via whatapps checking for transportation needs from our villa to the nusa dua beach. Was contact by the person in charge, Gelgel, super friendly guy and he is well-converse in English. Transportation from our villa at seminyak is around 150k rp one way and 250k rp two way. We asked them to pick us up at 1115am, everything is well communicated. Additionally, we added on $ for 1 extra water activity - banana boat that were not included in our package. But the 3 activities included int he package is fun enough! Didnt have to wait long for our turn for the water activities and there are guides around. Overall, very good experience!!
