Monday to Sunday: 2 hours before first flight arrival to final departure

• Please indicate your pick-up/drop-off address in the Additional Information section upon booking
• Baggage is limited to two suitcases per person (standard luggage 1 bag per person or two smaller items equivalent to a larger suitcase per person).
• If a flight is more than 1 hour delayed, the service provider MAY also delay the shuttle to coincide with the scheduled flight time, in this case you'll be contacted and informed of the new pick up time for your departing flight.
• If an infant requires a car seat, they must be booked under the prevailing child fare with a note made under the additional information section upon checkout.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 2 days before the date of selection.

Please book at least 24 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.

• E-tickets are delivered by email after the booking is made and you will be notified once the booking is complete
• Arrivals: Make your way to the Heart of Reef Airport desk (opposite the luggage collection area). Your name will be on a TV screen. Check in with the driver and they will give you instructions to the bus once you have collected your luggage.
• Departures: Once your departure is booked, you will receive an e-ticket with your shuttle pick up time (please check that all details are correct). The bus will wait 5 minutes past your pick-up time and leave.

Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
