Itinerary
Praia do Pontal
Running tour, to have an eagle eye of the city, training your body, your spirit and your mind and at the same time getting to know the history and beauties of Paraty. The route of the race is for all profiles of runners, always respecting the state of physical conditioning, being able to choose routes of 5, 7, 10, or 15 km. Then the pace and style will be adjusted based on your characteristics or the characteristics of the group of runners. We will have interaction with the local population on the way and there will be no lack of beautiful surprises. At the end of the race, you will be able to love this UNESCO historical and natural heritage even more and make the most of your stay.
