Children and Insurance: Please note that children booked under the free package are not covered by accident insurance.

Age and Weight Requirements: For the Zipline package, children must be a minimum of 4 years old and weigh at least 20 kg. Both conditions must be met; otherwise, the child cannot participate.

Accompanying Persons: Followers or accompanying individuals must pay the appropriate fee. If children are present, they must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.

Preparation for Activity Location: The activity area is a tropical jungle, therefore, there is a higher likelihood of mosquitoes. Please bring your own mosquito repellent.

Appropriate Attire: Please wear sportswear and avoid inconvenient clothing like skirts, flip-flops, and high heels. Clothing with secure pockets is recommended for carrying personal items.

Personal Belongings: Safeguard your belongings and minimize carrying valuables. You are responsible for any losses or damages during the activity.

Timely Arrival: If you travel independently to the location, please arrive before the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals may be denied participation.

Weather and Cancellations: Extreme weather conditions or uncontrollable natural disasters (e.g., lightning, snow, hail, fog, heavy rain, typhoons) may lead to cancellations or rescheduling. In these instances, notification will be provided. However, activities will proceed as planned unless otherwise indicated.

Insurance Coverage: The included insurance is "Travel Accident Insurance." In the event of an accident during the trip, promptly inform the tour guide or contact our customer service for hospitalization arrangements. Leaving the site or returning to the hotel without notification could lead to insurance complications.

Ticket Redemption Issues: For any ticket date or quantity discrepancies, refrain from making additional payments without confirmation. If problems arise, contact customer service immediately for assistance.

- If you choose to participate with any concealed medical condition, you assume the associated risks. In the event of activity termination due to medical conditions, no refunds will be issued, and participants will bear responsibility for any resulting expenses. Your safety is our top priority.

- Please be punctual and wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. Participants who are late will be considered to have given up the service, and no refund or modification will be provided

- Participants must wear sports shoes or shoes with closed toes and heels for ziplining. Flip-flops are not allowed.

- If you don't have suitable shoes, they can be rented on-site for THB 100 per pair (including 1 pair of socks).

• Packages A1 / A2 / B1 / B2:

- Admission is free for children ages 4 and under. Please note they cannot participate in zipline activities and a seat will not be provided for elephant riding. 

- Children ages 4 and above must pay the adult price.

• Packages A3 / A4 / B3 / B4:

-  Admission is free for children ages 4 and under who do not occupy a seat.

- Admission is discounted for children aged 4-12. 

- Children ages 12 and above must pay the adult price.

• ATV Adventure:

- Participants must be a minimum of 6 years old. Participants aged 16 and above can drive independently, provided they have prior driving experience.

• Elephant Riding:

- Please note participants must weigh no more than 120 kilograms.

• Zipline:

- Participants must weigh under 120 kilograms, and their waist circumference must not exceed 46 inches.

• Medical Considerations:

For your safety, participation is not advisable if you have any of the following conditions:

Pregnancy/ Epilepsy/ Diabetes/ Any mental health conditions. Heart, lung, kidney, or liver disease, or recent surgery or injury. Back, hip, leg, knee, foot, shoulder, hand, or neck injury.
