- There will be no refund for cancellations or non-attendance on the day of the experience.
- Cancellation is not possible outside of business hours, and the number of days is calculated based on business days.
- The cancellation request confirmation date is based on the supplier's local time.
- It takes approximately 2 to 5 business days to confirm a cancellation request, and a cancellation fee may be charged according to the cancellation policy.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.
