Key difference is that they sent very clear guidance via whatsapp on where to go meet the driver with visuals and pictures of the actual airport and arrows pointing to the lifts and exact spot of meet-up point. It was easy to follow and impossible to get lost. This is something we appreciate as a very considerate, thoughtful, and helpful feature of our car driver and transfer.
