• Morning class (including market tour)
  
  - 08:45 ~ 09:00 Welcome ceremony with Thai herbal drinks. Exchange opinions
  on 4 types of course meals with the chef
  
  - 09:00 ~ 10:00 Take the skytrain to Bang Rak morning market. Learn how to
  use Thai fruits, vegetables, and spices with an instructor.
  
  - 10:00 ~ 10:10 Take the skytrain and return to the cooking school
  
  - 10:10 ~ 10:15 Go to the cooking school, cool off with drinks and towels,
