Transportation Details

1. After Booking
After booking, please provide your hotel name, full address, preferred pickup time, and preferred sightseeing locations in the booking notes.

If you are traveling with luggage, please also indicate the number and approximate size of your bags so we can ensure sufficient luggage space in the vehicle.

2. Hotel Pickup
On the day of your experience, your personal driver will meet you at your confirmed pickup location, usually at the lobby or designated pickup area of your Chengdu hotel.

Please be ready at the agreed pickup time.

3. Start of Service
The 8-hour service period begins when the driver picks you up at the confirmed pickup location.

For example, a pickup at 8:00 AM means the included service ends at 4:00 PM.

4. Private Transportation
You will travel in a private vehicle exclusively for your group, with a personal driver.

The standard service includes up to 8 hours and 100 km of private transportation.

Your itinerary can be customized according to your interests, subject to the included time and distance.

5. During the Tour
Your driver will transport you between the destinations included in your agreed itinerary and wait at appropriate pickup or parking locations during sightseeing stops, subject to local traffic and parking regulations.

The driver provides transportation and basic local assistance but is not a professional tour guide.

6. Additional Time or Distance
If your service exceeds the included 8 hours or 100 km, additional charges will apply.

Overtime and additional-distance charges are calculated separately according to the applicable rates.

Please confirm any additional service with the driver or supplier before exceeding the included allowance.

7. Drop-Off
At the end of the service, your driver will take you to your agreed drop-off location, normally your Chengdu hotel or another agreed location within the service area.

If the requested itinerary or drop-off exceeds the included 8-hour or 100-km allowance, additional charges may apply.

8. Flexible Itinerary
Because this is a private customized service, reasonable changes to your itinerary are welcome during the day, provided they remain within the included 8-hour and 100-km allowance.

The route may also be adjusted according to traffic, weather, attraction opening hours, and your preferred sightseeing pace.
