- Maximum weight (2-person kayak): As the provider uses sit in kayaks we generally find people 140+kgs can have trouble fitting into the kayaks.
- If on the date of your booking it has been deemed unsafe to operate due to weather you will be contacted as soon as possible. Whilst the provider frequently check forecasts in the days leading up to your booking, there are some occasions where weather is worse than forecast resulting in last minute cancellations of sessions.

Very enjoyable experience, we were lucky enough to see some dolphins, staff were very helpful and friendly , would recommend this activity
Arrived at the destiny 45mins before the acuity starts at 12pm Didn’t see anybody but many kayaks passed by Checked with the accuracy provider and they said couldn’t find our booking. The tour guide said they don’t have 12pm tour and the next one will be 130pm Blessed that they slotted us in to their 130pm tour but imagine if it’s fully booked and no enough of boats for kayak? We drove all the way from Victor harbour and flew all the way to do this activity, what if we missed it? Pelago should check with the you and update the actual time slot. According to the local tour company, they don’t have time slot for 12pm for a very long period of time. Please update and don’t make others to suffer like what we had experienced It was sad that Pelago couldn’t do anything to assist immediately on the spot and we had to settle on our own when it happened. Quite worrying to book any future activities through Pelago after this experience.
