Service was ok. It took very long for me to get the payment voucher from them, and I even had to chase for it. This was run by An Anh Limousine. They contacted me via whatsapp a few weeks before my trip to confirm my details and that was when I had to chase for the booking confirmation voucher further. They had arranged for shuttle bus drop-offs in Da Lat. The bus rides to and from were bumpy and the drivers were driving super fast. The sleeper beds themselves weren't very clean. I found long hairs in mine and used the given wet tissues to do a wipe-down first. At least there was bottled water provided, and a decent blanket. At 167cm, it was comfy enough for me, but my partner at 185cm found it squeezy and couldn't stretch his legs the whole time. While it can sleep 2 smaller sized individuals easily, I would recommend getting 1 bed per person for more comfort.
