Highlights
We are a yakitori restaurant located on Noren Street at Exit 1 of Hobo Sakae-machi. It is an authentic yakitori restaurant supervised by Juro Sada, a popular yakitori restaurant in Tokyo.
Yakitori is made from matured chicken and is carefully grilled over charcoal. You can enjoy a variety of dishes including salt stewed chicken.
It is conveniently located a 1-minute walk from Sakae Station Exit, a 3-minute walk from Sakae-machi Station, and a 5-minute walk from Hisaya Odori Station.
Fermented chicken, which is cooked for 10 days at 4°C in the aging room, is a completely new concept of yakitori, offering a new level of deliciousness in terms of both meat texture and aroma!
In the grill experience package, you can experience "grilling", "salting", and "adding sauce" at the Japanese-style stove.
You can wear the same uniform as the staff, which is perfect for a souvenir.
