This is one of those places that serves as an example to prove that it is possible to create ecosystems in which the action of man and wild animals live in harmony. A representative of the salt-producing company will give us an illustrative talk on how the salt works and the different stages of the process until the salt that reaches our tables is obtained. The visit ends after tasting the delicious Quelitas biscuits with cheese.
