Meeting point is easy to find, right next to the Pullman hotel. Guide will bring you directly to Eiffel Tower and you will have to go through 2 airport-style security scans together with your group. Guide will then bring you up the express lift all the way to the second floor, after that will be free and easy time for you to explore on your own or with the provided QR audio guide.
The guided tour to get to the Eiffel Tower was easy and well organised. The guide also shared many facts and the history of the Eiffel Tower and made sure all the guests were taken care of. She even went out of her way to ensure a particular family with a child in a wheelchair was able to follow the group closely. All in all, a well-organised tour by the organiser!
Wonderful guide with great knowledege
The skip the line ticket is really worth to buy
nice !!
Great experience. Smooth process of finding the meeting point. They didn’t have my name on their list because booking was through Pelago/BeMyGuest but managed to sort that part out without much problems. Ques for the summit and for the lift down were quite long but views were good and guide was knowledgeable and capable of keeping the group together despite the crowd. There was a netting walkway on Level 1 of the tower that is free but needs prior registration. Would recommend registering early as the time slots were limited and the only slot available at about 2pm was a slot for 4:15pm.
