- A life jacket is supplied that is rated to carry a maximum weight of 150kg.
- Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries or suffer from a serious heart condition or injury are not allowed to ride.
- Guests under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to sign the safety waiver.
- Guests 15 years and under must travel with an adult. Guests are required to hold onto safety bars at all times.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting wet. A swimsuit, quick-dry clothing, and closed-toe shoes are ideal. Don't forget to bring a towel and sunscreen!
Is there an age or weight limit for participants?
There is no specific weight limit, but passengers must be a minimum height of 120cm to participate. Children aged 5 – 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
What safety measures are in place during the jet boating experience?
Safety is our top priority. All guests are provided with life jackets, and our experienced drivers conduct a safety briefing before the ride. The boats are also equipped with safety equipment and adhere to strict safety regulations.
Can I bring my camera or phone on the boat?
For safety reasons, we recommend leaving your camera or phone behind, as they can be easily damaged by water. However, we do have professional photographers on-site who capture the experience, and you can purchase photos afterward.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In the event of severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your experience for safety reasons. We will contact you in advance to discuss options and ensure you have the best experience possible.
