A tour to discover the Conegliano Valdobbiadene wine and the land where born the Prosecco Superiore. You will learn about the wine making process of one of most loved and well-known wine and you will discover every aspect about it. A wine tasting to reveal the aromas and tastes that characterize Prosecco Superiore in all versions and compare to other wines from the same land.
Itinerary
Via Pianale, 72
We will begin in the vineyard with a short walk and an explanation of how our vines are cultivated. We will then enter the winery, the beating heart of production, to discover all the stages from pressing through to bottling. At the end of the tour, we will sit down to taste five types of wine, including sparkling wines produced using the Charmat method in autoclaves and lightly sparkling wines made through bottle refermentation. These five wines will allow us to explore the local area, the tradition of wines from the past, and also new trends. The tasting will be paired with local products, including a selection of artisanal biscuits, served as a final pairing with our Spumante Incrocio Manzoni 13.0.25.
