A lot of food. Great selection and breadth of different local cuisine. Bring an empty stomach and prepare for food coma afterwards. I'd recommend the evening session so you can end it with a full stomach and maybe get a foot massage afterwards to end the day in Ha Noi Old Quarter.
Great experience with Minh! We got to try the real food culture of Hanoi and learned a lot of cultural and local facts along the way. A nice way to explore through food.
