Great 1/2 day cooking session. Started with a visit to the local market. Instructor Mango was amazing and kept the class lively and engaging. A morning truly well-spent. Do note that FOC pick-up is only within the OQ. Otherwise, meet at the Opera House.
This course was varied and lots of fun. Market tour was quick but still informative. We thought we cooked an amazing meal (even if I say so myself)! We actually did a bit more of the hands-on stuff than some of the other courses we have been to where you only get to cut and mix. I would heartily recommend if you want to learn more about the food of Vietnam.
Fun and interesting experience
