• By law, the minimum age to tandem skydive in Australia is 16 years old. Please specify if there are guests aged 16–18 years upon booking as the supplier must be informed in writing prior to the jump date. Guests aged 16–18 years must have a parental or legal guardian consent and be present at the drop zone on the day of the tour. If not, the customer must immediately notify a member of staff at the drop zone, who will arrange for the correct documents of consent to be sent and signed prior to skydiving
• Guests weighing over 110 kg are not permitted to participate and are subject to assessment by the instructors
• If the participant weighs more than 94 kg, a surcharge will apply (see “Extra Fees” below), and the instructor will assess the weather and other conditions to determine whether the jump can be performed safely
• Because skydiving is an extreme sport, participants on any form of medication or have any special physical conditions must discuss with your doctor and evaluate whether you can participate before purchase

• Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Please do not take drugs or imbibe alcohol 8 hours prior to skydiving; any diving-related activities are prohibited 24 hours prior to the tour
• To ensure adequate physical strength, participants are advised to prepare their own snacks and drinking water. You may also inquire with staff for food/drinks available on-site
• Before skydiving begins, 15–45 minutes of ground preparation are required. Beginners must follow the guidance of professional instructors
• For safety reasons, participants are not allowed to bring any personal belongings (including cameras, mobile phones, GoPro, and other devices) on the plane
• Parking spaces are provided at the event site for guests driving to the site
• This package does not include insurance. As skydiving is a high-risk activity, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance in your country of departure before the experience date
• Participants are required to fill out the APF form before departure
• Skydiving is subject to weather conditions. The time and location are subject to change, so be sure to leave an Australian contact number in case the local travel agency contacts you to inform you of unfavorable conditions
• Participants are advised to contact the event operator’s customer service 24 hours prior to departure time to confirm the itinerary and relevant details of the day
