Easy to redeem the tickets at the e-kiosk easily located outside the exit door at level 1 where the arrival hall is.
Board a bus right outside of airport, very convenient.
So far so good. Easy for booking and payment as well.
Easy to get the ticket but scanning the QR code. The bus was clean. The ride was smooth and arrived at KIX airport as scheduled. Better than taking the train as luggage is stored away from seats in luggage compartment.
Simple process. Scan the QR code in a small machine and get physical ticket and fund the destination bus bay outside the terminal (mine was number 5 for Osaka Umeda) and give the ticket to bus captain and board
