Fantastic service. The greeter was easy to find , friendly and walked us through all the steps necessary allowing us to avoid a very lengthy line in immigration. We will book it again when we return.
If you want to save time in Immigration and Customs, I strongly recommend this service. Our service provider Karma was standing at the gate with the name placard. while the VOA normally doesn't take much time but the real difference is felt during immigrations and customs. Highly recommended.
This is awesome. It took me and my wife less than 10 minutes from leaving the gate tills the VIP team members had taken us to our found our driver outside the airport building. We had to do VOA too because online did not work for us. I wish we had known this service last year when it took over 2 hours to get through the airport. Love it!
