The musical was fun, but it wasn't clear how I'd get the actual tickets. Pelago offers vouchers and in the instructions, it says that the venue/vendor will email the tickets (with seat info) the day before the show. However, I didn't get the email, and so I was panicking to get the tickets 2 hours before the show. The Pelago customer service agent (via message) was helpful to get my tickets in time since the vendor didn't speak English when I called directly.
