8 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeAfter breakfast, you will begin the scenic road transfer from Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in southwestern Uganda. The journey takes approximately 8–10 hours, depending on traffic, road conditions, and your lodge's location. Along the way, you will pass through Uganda’s beautiful countryside, traditional villages, plantations, rolling hills, and vibrant roadside towns. A brief stop can be made at the Uganda Equator for photographs, refreshments, and souvenir shopping, followed by a lunch stop en route. In the afternoon, you will continue through the scenic highlands of southwestern Uganda before arriving at your lodge near Bwindi. Upon arrival, you will check in, relax, enjoy dinner, and prepare for your gorilla trekking adventure the following day. 8 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeAfter an early breakfast and your packed lunch, you will report to the Park Headquarters for a briefing on the Dos and Don’ts of your Gorilla Tracking safari. Your guides will lead you through the thick creepers and undergrowth as you trek to find the Gorillas. This trek can take you anywhere from half an hour to three-quarters of the day. The steeply forested landscape is incredibly dense yet crisscrossed by numerous animal trails, allowing tourists access. The time you spend on the trek largely depends on the gorillas' movements. But it is an extraordinary feeling being with these beautiful yet endangered Creatures. Also, as you trek, you are likely to spot other primates, birds, and rare tree species. After finding the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them before trekking back to the park headquarters, where you will be awarded a certificate for participating in the gorilla trekkingBwindi Impenetrable National Park
