Pick up at 111 Franklin Street. Please meet 15 minutes prior to your tour start time.
The experiences operate in all types of weather conditions, including rain and wind. Should the weather be deemed unsafe to operate by management, the provider will contact you via email or SMS as soon as possible to reschedule your booking. If you do not receive a notification from us prior to your session, you may safely assume that your experience will be going ahead.
Unfortunately, there may be some instances where bursts of extreme weather are not as forecast, which may result in the session being cancelled upon arrival.
Please note that due to animal welfare regulations, the koala experiences can be cancelled by the park without notice. Also note they do not operate on days forecast above 32 degrees Celsius (Mount Barker).
