How to top up using this page:
- Select your preferred data plan.
- At checkout, enter your eSIM ID, for example: FT123456789.
- You can find your eSIM ID on the Pelago eSIM voucher you received when you first purchased your eSIM. The ID should look like this: FT123456789.
- After purchase, your data plan will be topped up automatically. Please allow 10–15 minutes for the top-up to be reflected.
