It was an excellent experience. The food selection was very good and tasty. Lounge was spacious and quiet.
Lots of food options, comfy seats. There are even showers.
More food and showers
Food and services are OK. It depends on the time you arrive. We arrived around 18:00-19:00. It was very crowded, and had to find a table to dine in. Later, more seats were available when people left for their flights. Four showers are available but needed to get in line and wait for about 10 minutes. Towels for showers are available at the check-in desk.
Cater for Western style food
Food is abundant but the quality is average. I prefer the nearby eateries rather the food in this lounge. The rest area is not roomy enough. The chairs are too close to each other, like the one on the plane, no privacy, unless you book the VIP rooms with extra charge. There are four shower rooms. The one I used was clean. You need to ask the front desk to get towels.
