I didn't get any instructions from the vendor after confirmation form the platform, so I had to reach out personally to them two days before my trip. The contact on the page doesn't work so I reached out directly to the company. Pelago should really ensure that the contact information is correct and that the link up with Viator is more complete as this is the second time it has happened. The vendors themselves were fantastic. I arrived with a person holding a sign with my name and the trip was seamless and comfortable. I highly recommend this because you really needn't worry about the timings and in between transfers and the service was really good.
