Good day trip from Milan.
Note that there are 2 departure points at Centrale and Cairoli. The booking doesn't really state so, until you get the confirmation. We booked the 9.30 from Cairoli, but was able to board the same bus at 9am from Centrale, which was more convenient for us.

Convenient direct transportation from city centre to designer outlet. Timely, spacious and clean bus.
Many shops in the outlet were closed but the coach transfers and timings were accurate.
The bus is crowded and packed, the pick up locations are not properly listed on the voucher, and the Pelago agents are clueless about this.
