— What You Can Expect —

Take a short drive out the city and head towards McLaren Vale. Stop off the
stunning Chapel Hill Winery. Have your taste buds primed and your camera
poised as your host at Chapel Hill tantalizes you with a wonderful structured
wine tasting experience in their picturesque cellar door.

Set off to the Main Street of McLaren Vale. Enjoy some free time and choose to
taste more wine at Hardy Tintara's Cellar door, or perhaps grab a cleansing
beer, or simply have a coffee and watch the world go by. Alternatively, you
could use your time gathering some sweet souvenirs when you visit the fabulous
Almond Train, an old converted train carriage offering every variety of almond
treat imaginable. If that's not enough, pop into the Iconic Aussie Fruchocs
chocolate factory and pick-out a selection of sweet gifts.

Climb back on board before taking the short drive to the quaint Shingleback
Winery. On this incredibly relaxed tasting you'll enjoy a structured tasting
of Shingleback's finest wines, and if you're peckish, you can purchase a
cheeseboard to enjoy with your wine.

Enjoy the scenic route as you journey towards your final featured destination
of the day. Upon arrival at Adelaide's beautiful seaside suburb of Glenelg,
you can choose to take a 15 minute stroll around Glenelg before hopping back
on the bus to Adelaide, or choose to leave the tour in Glenelg to spend a few
leisurely hours enjoying the abundance of shops, restaurants, and, of course,
the beach. Pick a spot for dinner and get ready to watch one of the most
spectacular sunsets anywhere in the world.
