Cooking in a unique traditionally built teak house and join the local way of living at Lanta Thai Cookery School, situated in the heart of a lush rubber plantation. We grow their own vegetables and herbs here in our garden. We plan to share the love of cooking Thai food with Thai food lovers through fun and delicious Thai cooking courses in our open-plan kitchen under the instruction of a local chef.

Itinerary
Lanta Thai Cookery School
Your journey begins with a quick transfer from your hotel on Koh Lanta along the main road between Saladan and Kantiang Bay. Lanta Thai Cookery School situated in the heart of a lush rubber plantation. Here you can learn to cook that favorite Thai recipe. We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Learn how easy it is to cook authentic Thai cuisine with a Thai chef with a long experience. Let the cooking begin! There are 10 dishes to choose from and you get to prepare 4 in total. The session starts with a vote among the group for which dishes everyone would like to cook. The four with the most votes will be the ones prepared. Once the dishes were selected, you will be suggested various ingredients used in Thai cooking. In addition, you will taste more delicious ingredients such as tamarind and palm sugar. Enjoy a feast of your own making at the end of the class!
