It is very easy to obtain the ticket from the ticket office at KLIA1 station. Staff is helpful and willing to explain how to use the card, providing a map and explaining how to use the $5 balance / top-up after the pass is expired.
Everything worked smoothly. If you need airport transfer and two days of public transport this is the deal. You can top up the travel card too if you need an extra day.
Simple and easy to redeem from the counter
Professional and nice staff
Counter staff at KL Sentral not very sure about the redemption hence there was a bit of delay but process was still smooth. Easy to use to get around. Confusing metro system and you need to have min Rm5 in the card even to use the day pass.
