Confusion right from the start. Received WhatsApp to arrange for pickup. Replied that will not be necessary as staying at YWCA which is less than a minute to Georgia Court Hotel. Eventually pickup time was arranged as per the operation team and shortly was asked to ignore the previous message. Has to reply for affirmation and then get another message to pick both of us at 930am. Come on, already informed operation team right from the beginning will report at Georgia Court Hotel and yet…. Really uncalled for. Tour was ran smoothly as expected conducted by driver / guide Kaelen. Recommended for 1st time visitors to Vancouver to get their bearings.
