Fast track service for immigration was good and efficient. The representative was easy to find, quickly confirmed my name, and guided to the fast lane. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Very convenient.
Straight in and no fuss, was responsive to WhatsApp messages and friendly service.

Tried it for the first time and it’s money well spent. Clearing immigration was much faster compared to lining up for 2-3 hours. Will highly recommend for all travellers to HCM.

Initially can’t find the agent but was glad the agent Wapps me to look for him with a signboard. After that, it was smooth sailing.
Still took about 30-35 minutes to clear, even though this did save maybe 30 minutes on the regular queue. The much more expensive premium Fast Track option would probably have taken 5-10 minutes only.
Paid for the fast track VIP service with X ray. Ended up we still had to queue via the normal lane for the X ray scans. What was promised was not delivered and we paid extra for this “VIP” service . Felt very cheated and feeling scammed by this!
