- Due to safety reason, children must be 12 years and more to hand rays (souvenir gift will be substituted for children under 12)
- Cairns Aquarium is suitable for prams and wheelchairs

- Pets are not allowed in Cairns Aquarium's facility, except for accredited trained service and emotional support animals upon presentation of proper documentation and an identification jacket for the service animal
