Begin your experience by crafting your own custom spirit in our immersive
Blending Class, where you'll explore a range of botanicals and flavour
profiles before blending your perfect drop using one of our base spirits gin,
vodka, or rum. Once bottled, your bespoke 200ml creation is yours to take
home.

As your blending session wraps up, enjoy a relaxed transition into dining with
marinated olives to graze on. You'll then move into a set menu, kicking off
with Toasted Sourdough followed by your choice of one Small Plate and one
Large Plate per person, served with a side of Leafy Salad.
