• The minimum number of people required to depart for a joint tour is 4 adults, and the minimum number of people required to depart for a solo tour is 2 adults.
• If the minimum number of participants for a join tour is not met, we will individually notify you 2-3 days before the tour.
• If a joint tour event is canceled due to insufficient participants, a 100% refund will be given.
• There are no separate changing rooms or shower facilities. (Please wear water play clothes in advance.)
• Please be sure to prepare your own towel.
• Separate carrier and luggage storage is not available. Please be careful when storing your personal belongings.
• Depending on the weather and waves on that day, Bohol Coast Guide (operation is determined by the Coast Guard. (Can be cancelled before departure)
• Departure date and time may change depending on local circumstances, and the tour will proceed even in case of rain.
• If you have respiratory disease or surgical experience, please inquire when making a reservation.
• If you need to wear a hearing aid or earplugs, please inquire when making your reservation for safety reasons.
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory and individual activities should be avoided in areas without safety personnel.
• Anyone with a hangover or who has consumed alcohol that day cannot participate.
• Because this is a water activity, those with systemic illnesses or poor physical or mental condition are advised to use it with caution and receive prior consultation.
• If you are judged to have health risks based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.
• Life jackets and snorkeling equipment for children are provided, but they may not fit some people depending on their body type and face size, so we recommend that you prepare your own.
• When renting an underwater camera, compensation is not available for photo shake, quality, quantity, camera defects, or photo loss.
• If additional charges arise, we will notify you separately.
• The event may be cancelled due to natural disasters, and individual notifications will be provided in the event that the event cannot be held.
• Partial refunds are not available in case of schedule changes or time reductions due to natural disasters, etc.
• If you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
• Please keep your valuables with you or be careful not to lose them.
• Please be sure to purchase individual travel insurance.
• Please bring receipts from local medical treatment, as injuries caused by personal negligence will be covered by travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health (e.g. pre-existing conditions) or accidents caused by your own negligence.
• We are in charge of providing information about this free travel product, and the actual event is held through a local company.
