• When taking a private tour, you will use the vehicle exclusively and ride the Oslob boat as a group.
• This product is a join tour product that is conducted with a large number of people.
• The minimum number of participants for a joint tour is 4, and the minimum number of participants for a solo tour is 2.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will provide a full refund and individual guidance on changing the date up to 2 days before the trip.
• Children under 7 years old cannot participate in the tour.
• Pregnant women cannot participate in the tour for safety reasons.
  
• Canyoneering tours are not available on the third Wednesday of every month due to canyoneering cleaning day.
  
• The second Wednesday of every month will be excluded from the schedule due to cleaning of Tumalog Falls, and partial refunds will not be given.
• Flippers are not provided to protect whale sharks.
• Aqua shoes are provided, but sizes are limited, so we recommend that you prepare your own.
• There are no separate changing rooms or shower facilities.
  
• There is a risk of getting burned by a motorcycle muffler when canyoning, so always be careful.
• Departure date and time may change depending on local circumstances.
• As the end time may vary due to traffic congestion, please plan your next schedule with plenty of time to spare.
• The tour will proceed even in rainy weather.
• Those with respiratory disease or surgical experience may find it difficult to proceed with the tour.
• For safety reasons, those who need to wear hearing aids or earplugs will have difficulty participating in the tour.
• Those with systemic illnesses or poor physical or mental condition should exercise caution when using the water activities, and inquire when making a reservation.
• Anyone with a hangover or who has consumed alcohol that day cannot participate.
  
• Life jackets must be worn and individual actions should be avoided in areas without safety personnel.
• Life jackets and snorkeling equipment for children are provided, but the provided equipment may not fit children's body types and face sizes, so we recommend that you prepare your own.
• Pickup times may vary depending on local circumstances, resulting in longer waiting times.
  
• If additional charges arise, we will notify you separately.
• The event may be cancelled due to natural disasters, and individual notifications will be provided in the event that the event cannot be held.
• Partial refunds are not available in case of schedule shortening or changes due to natural disasters, etc.
• If you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
• Please keep your valuables with you or be careful not to lose them.
• Please be sure to purchase individual travel insurance.
• Please bring receipts from local medical treatment, as injuries caused by personal negligence will be covered by travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health (e.g. pre-existing conditions) or accidents caused by your own negligence.
