• The minimum number of people required to depart for a joint tour is 4 adults, and the minimum number of people required to depart for a solo tour is 2 adults.
• If the minimum number of participants for a joint tour is not met, we will provide individual guidance 2-3 days before the tour.
• Infants under 24 months are free.
• If you purchase a private tour according to the number of participants, only the team that applied will proceed in a private vehicle.
• When taking a private tour, the whale shark boat is boarded with a large number of people.
• There are no separate changing rooms or shower facilities. (Please wear water play clothes in advance.)
• Please be sure to prepare your own towel.

• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory and individual activities should be avoided in areas without safety personnel.
• Anyone with a hangover or who has consumed alcohol that day cannot participate.

• Life jackets and snorkeling equipment for children are provided, but equipment may not fit some children, so we recommend that you prepare your own.
• When renting an underwater camera, compensation is not available for photo shake, quality, quantity, camera defects, or photo loss.

• The event may be cancelled due to natural disasters, and individual notifications will be provided in the event that the event cannot be held.
• Partial refunds are not available in case of schedule changes or time reductions due to natural disasters, etc.
• If you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
