- Enter the correct number of adults and children. Vehicles are selected based on the passenger count, and an incorrect count may result in refused boarding or additional fees.
- Enter the pick-up and drop-off address in English or Korean. Refunds will not be provided if an incorrect address or an address in another language causes the driver to arrive late or at the wrong location.
- Declare the correct amount of luggage. Exceeding the vehicle's capacity or failing to declare the correct luggage quantity may result in the driver refusing service.
- Luggage larger than 24 inches counts as 2 pieces. For example, two 27-inch suitcases count as four pieces of luggage.

Really easy and convenient transfer from the airport into Seoul. The driver was on time, friendly and the car was clean and comfortable.
