- Airport pick-up: The driver will wait in the airport lobby with a signboard and send the meeting point through the messaging app provided during booking. Check your messages after landing and use the airport's free Wi-Fi if required.

- For airport pick-ups for flights arriving between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, book at least 2 days before the flight's arrival. This also applies if a flight delay or schedule change moves the arrival into this period.
- Enter the departure time and flight arrival time accurately when booking. An incorrect time may result in the driver being dispatched at the wrong time, and the service time may not be changeable.
- Enter the correct number of adults and children. Vehicles are selected based on the passenger count, and an incorrect count may result in refused boarding or additional fees.
- Enter the pick-up and drop-off address in English or Korean. Refunds will not be provided if an incorrect address or an address in another language causes the driver to arrive late or at the wrong location.
- Declare the correct amount of luggage. Exceeding the vehicle's capacity or failing to declare the correct luggage quantity may result in the driver refusing service.
- Luggage larger than 24 inches counts as 2 pieces. For example, two 27-inch suitcases count as four pieces of luggage.
- Comfort 1–5 Seater: Kia Carnival or similar; up to 5 passengers, 5 pieces of 24-inch luggage, and 5 carry-on bags.
