Each guest entering the park/dining must present one of the following three identity documents: ① Hong Kong/Macau Special Administrative Region Home Return Permit/ID Card (permanent or non-permanent residents)/Passport; ② "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or Taiwan Resident Permit of the People's Republic of China; ③ Overseas national passport; for identification. If the guest fails to present the relevant documents, he/she will not be able to enter the park/dine normally, and the original ticket will not be refunded or changed.
Chimelong Hotel's dynamic pricing may lead to price adjustment during holidays and promotional periods. After the order is placed, the room status and price confirmed by the supplier shall be final. If a customer fails to pay the price difference in time, the order will be cancelled automatically. If the order fails to go through after 2 makeup payments, there will be no 3rd makeup payment and the order will be cancelled. If a customer does not accept the price adjustment, cancellation is an option
The room can accommodate up to 4 people. If you need to purchase additional tickets/meals, please purchase them at the hotel front desk. The fees are subject to on-site confirmation.
Standard tickets included in the package for Guangzhou Grand Circus, “Long Show,” and “Kaka Tiger’s Adventure” do not allow free admission for children under 3 years old or under 1.0 m in height on the day of the show. Child tickets in the package cannot be upgraded to standard tickets or other ticket types by paying the difference. Guests may explain their situation and present relevant documents at hotel check-in to purchase up to 2 additional multi-day park tickets at the front desk. The total number of multi-day tickets purchased after adding these must not exceed 4.
Visitors must undergo security checks before entering any of Chimelong's theme parks. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled instruments, firearms and ammunition, flammable and explosive items, and food into the park.
Selfie sticks are prohibited in recreational facilities, gatherings, and crowded areas
Pets are not allowed into the park
Some facilities in the park have height restrictions, please be aware of this; please also refer to the opening hours, performance times and precautions of the corresponding theme park.
Before entering the park, visitors must submit valid identity documents for verification at the entrance. Please prepare valid identity documents in advance (including ID card/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents/Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents/Residence Permit/Passport, etc.)
Visitors are requested to maintain a proper distance when visiting the park. At the park entrance, performance venues, amusement facilities and other areas, please queue up, take seats according to the interval signs or accept the on-site arrangements and guidance of the staff.
At least one guest in each room needs to present their Hong Kong/Macau SAR Home Return Permit/ID Card (permanent or non-permanent residents)/passport for identification. If the guest fails to present the relevant documents, we will prioritize communicating with the guest to cancel the original reservation and rebook the hotel at the regular price.
We will try our best to book the requested room type, but as it is subject to the availability, we cannot guarantee to fulfil the request. If the requested room type is sold out, we will book another room type without consulting the customer to avoid additional costs caused by price fluctuations. If you are unable to accept any room type change at all, please indicate it clearly in the remarks. Please note that once the order is placed, there is no refund or exchange.
If you need to order multiple rooms in the same package, it is recommended that you complete them in the same order. If you order different packages separately, some of the rooms in the order may be sold out, and the orders that have been successfully ordered will not be refunded or changed. If you have a group order number, you can indicate it in the order notes, but there is no guarantee that there are still vacancies. It will be subject to room availability. Any special requirements, such as adjacent rooms, can be indicated in the order notes. We will try our best to arrange it, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation policy due to weather factors: If there is a severe weather warning on the day of departure (for passengers from Hong Kong and Macau: Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or suspension of high-speed trains or flights issued by the local meteorological department; for passengers from China: warning issued by the local meteorological department, please refer to the policy of Chimelong on the day; for other passengers: suspension of high-speed trains or flights), you must show relevant proof for free cancellation. Please note that weather forecast maps are not accepted as the basis for cancellation.
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
