Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early.

· Depending on the traffic conditions on the day, the departure time may be delayed.

Send your license plate number and tour guide contact information via text message or SNS one day before departure.

If you use LINE / WECHAT, please be sure to open friend invitations and receive messages from strangers.

[ Fees Notice ]

The tour fee already includes tips for local drivers and guides, accommodation, tickets, some meals and round-trip transportation costs as stated in the itinerary.

The minimum number of people per group is 1, and the number of people per group is 42. If the guest does not reach the minimum number of people per group and wishes to depart as a private group, additional fees will be incurred.

When registering alone, you will need to pay a Single room surcharge per night.

The minimum size of SKI ski equipment is 17cm (sole length), and the minimum size of SNOWBOARD ski equipment is 21cm (sole length). If children under 3 years old want to ski, they can check with the tour guide on site to see if the minimum size equipment is suitable. If yes, they can pay on the spot.

Children aged 3 to 12 years old are charged the child price, those aged 12 and above are charged the adult price, and children under 36 months old are free of charge. (Children who are free of charge will not be provided with meals, seats in the car, admission tickets, etc.)

Please take good care of all the rental equipment. If it is damaged or lost, you will be required to pay for it (if the goggles are lost, 30,000 won will be charged per piece)

[ Travel Tips ]

Generally, the itinerary will not be affected by rainy days. If you are unable to depart due to natural disasters, you can change the departure date free of charge or get a full refund.

Room Arrangement:

SONO Ski Resort (building/room type cannot be specified, it is subject to the resort arrangement on the day of check-in. If you have special needs, please make a note to inform us)

2-3 people will be arranged in a Family Room, 4-5 people will be arranged in a Suite Room

Building A – 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 2 bathrooms

Building B - 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 2 bathrooms

Building C - 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 1 bathroom

· You need to wear ski clothes and equipment to enter the ski resort. Free children and non-skiers need to wait outside because they do not have clothes and equipment.

One ski instructor can teach a maximum of 15 to 17 students.

The itinerary will be adjusted according to local conditions. If there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the scenic spot, the company will not be responsible or refund.

All our trips do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities are risky and dangerous. Guests need to assess whether they are suitable for participation based on their own health or ability. Our company does not assume any responsibility for any physical damage or casualties caused by accidents or unpredictable factors due to force majeure.
