I took the Level 1 class, and it was nice. I learned some basic skills and how to make two gin-based cocktails. It would be great if I could learn more about other spirits and additional cocktails, as the two drinks we made were quite simple.
It went really well! Zian was a skilled instructor - the drinks were amazing!
The bartender is very friendly and slowly going through the techniques with us. After each glass, we were given ample time to chill and taste our own made cocktails. Kudos to the team!
It was a fun way to spend the evening with my wife.
The session lasted one hour and covered two cocktails making - Bee's Knees and Negroni. Joshua was knowledgeable about cocktails and was very good at telling us the stories behind. It was loud from where I was sitting so a little difficult to hear what he was saying and I felt the experience could be elevated if the dressing was improved
