With the leadership of a local guide, you will visit the fruit market to learn from the endemic fruits and taste some of them. You will then head to the area where local practice hancrafted fishing. You will stop in the local market to learn from the local fishes we produce. We will first visit the market of Surquillo to identify endemic Peruvian fruits. Then we will head to the fish market of Chorrillos to identify the Peruvian fishes that are handcrafted catched in this area. Finally head to our restaurant to learn how to make causa, ceviche and pisco sour.
