DAY 1 - Richmond - Salamanca - Mount Wellington - Cascade Brewery (Exterior) -
Oyster Farm
Airport pickup / Designated hotel transfer:
Airport pickup: For pickup on the first day of the tour, please book a flight arriving in Hobart before 09:00.
City hotel transfer: On the first day of the itinerary, you may choose between free airport pickup or free transfer from designated hotels in Hobart city (Best Western Hotel, Hobart City Apartments, Crowne Plaza Hobart).
If you are staying at a hotel other than the designated ones, you must make
your own way to the designated hotel for the meeting point. Staff will contact
you at least 1 day before departure to reconfirm the meeting time and
location.
In the morning, we will first drive to Richmond, the best-preserved historic
town in Australia. Here, you will visit the oldest stone arch bridge in
Australia, built in 1823, and the Catholic church built in 1836. The old
bakeries and dessert shops in the town are also popular spots for tourists,
and this is also a filming location for the Hong Kong movie 'Heartbeat Love'.
Next, we will visit Salamanca Place. In the afternoon, we will ascend Mount
Wellington, which stands at an altitude of 1,270 meters and offers a superb
vantage point for panoramic views of Hobart and the surrounding waters.
Afterward, we will visit the oldest brewery in Australia (exterior). We will
also head to a famous Tasmanian oyster farm, where you can taste fresh Pacific
oysters (at your own expense).
DAY 2 - Port Arthur Historic Site - Tasman Arch - Devil's Kitchen -
Tessellated Pavement - Blowhole
Port Arthur is a convict site from the colonial era, the largest prison in the
Southern Hemisphere during the 19th century, and the best-preserved prison
monument in Australia today. The human history of Port Arthur and the
beautiful scenery of the Tasman Peninsula make it one of the most famous
tourist hotspots in Tasmania. Every visitor to Tasmania makes a special trip
to visit Port Arthur (admission ticket at your own expense). On the way to
Port Arthur, we will also visit the four major natural wonders of the Tasman
Peninsula: Tasman Arch, Devil's Kitchen, Tessellated Pavement, and the
Blowhole.
DAY 3 - Tasmanian Ocean Adventure
Explore pristine waters, experience the gifts of nature, and enjoy the fun of
fishing.
Tasmania, the Australian island closest to the Antarctic, possesses some of
the world's purest ocean waters and is one of the world's major producers of
lobster, abalone, sea urchin, oysters, and salmon.
Head to our secret fishing spot! Experience the fun of sea fishing and unlock different fish species.
While fishing, enjoy Australian Wagyu beef/French-style lamb chops, seafood barbecue, fresh Pacific oysters, and succulent local Tasmanian salmon sashimi.
Experience driving a yacht. Under the captain's guidance, you can try your hand at steering in the calm waters of the inner bay and experience the thrill of conquering the sea.
Explore a mysterious island where seabirds nest, and have the chance to witness dolphins playing in the waves and seals hunting for fish.
(Guests board and disembark at the city wharf on their own; departs at 09:30,
returns to the city wharf at 14:00)
DAY 4 - East Coast - Swansea - Wineglass Bay - Coles Bay
Airport pickup / Transfer to designated hotel:
Airport drop-off: For drop-off on the last day of the itinerary, it is
recommended to book a flight departing from Hobart after 19:35.
Transfer to city hotel: After the itinerary ends, you will be transferred to a
designated hotel in the city (Best Western Hotel, Hobart City Apartments,
Crowne Plaza Hobart).
The east coast of Tasmania is a dream world, where blue skies, white clouds,
colorful seawater, and vibrant reefs adorn the coastline. In 1999, the
American travel magazine 'Outside' voted Wineglass Bay as one of the world's
top ten beaches. However, Wineglass Bay is nestled among mountains, and its
beauty is not immediately visible; visitors must climb up and put in some
effort to appreciate its splendor. Along the way, we will stop at the
beautiful coastal town of Swansea to enjoy the scenery of Tasmania's east
coast from different angles.
(The itinerary sequence and activity times may be adjusted due to objective
factors such as weather and traffic on the day.)
Reference hotels:
4-star: Best Western Hotel / Hobart City Apartments or equivalent
Note: Tasman Arch and Devil's Kitchen will be under renovation from April 15,
2026 to November 30, 2026. During this period, visits to Tasman Arch and
Devil's Kitchen will be canceled.
