1. Is there an Áo dài version available for men?
Answer : Our program provides only the traditional female áo dài. We do not have a men’s version of the áo dài in this tour. A male guest can still join, but he would not wear an áo dài
2. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Answer : Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancel ≥ 48 hours before the tour start time: 100% refund.
- Cancel < 48hours before start: no refund.
- No refund for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour.
- If we cancel the tour due to weather or other unforeseen issues, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- We process refunds to the original payment method within a few business days after confirmation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.
