- Terms and Conditions -

1. The location of the tents may change depending on operational needs without prior notice.

   
   

2. The campsite must be kept clean. Smoking is strictly prohibited on site. Cutting down or picking flowers, trees and shrubs is not allowed. Participants are responsible for taking away any trash they produce during their stay.

   
   
3. All participants should cease all activities that generate disturbing noise after 10 p.m.
4. Once the appointment is confirmed and payment is made, the agency will not cancel the appointment for the applicant's personal reasons. If the appointment is canceled, the fee will not be refunded.
5. In the event of a resurgence of the pandemic, unforeseen circumstances, a typhoon (No. 3 or above), or severe weather (thunderstorms, etc.) during the camp period, the association will make adjustments to the schedule as appropriate to ensure that guests have a pleasant camping trip. However, we have the absolute right to decide on all matters.
6. The campsite will take all necessary safety measures to ensure the safety of participants. However, in the event of any unforeseen incident, the applying group/participant will be solely responsible.
7. Smoking, gambling, public intoxication, or any behavior that violates Hong Kong law is strictly prohibited within the campsite. Participants are not allowed to start fires directly on the grass within the campsite area. If a fire pit is used, it must be raised with bricks and covered with fireproof felt; any damage will result in a fine.
8. Posting posters or leaflets without permission and using the campsite's power supply without authorization are prohibited. Please cherish your food and water and take care of public property.
9. In the event of any violation of these camp rules or other illegal or transgressive behavior, we reserve the right to terminate the camp period at any time, and all fees paid will not be refunded.
