Meeting Point & Check-in Information
- For all departure times, visit this link.
- The cruise lasts approximately 3 to 6 hours, depending on dolphin activity and sightings.
- Check-in at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled cruise departure time.
- Please meet our boat at Val Street Jetty, located in front of the Cruising Yacht Club (corner of Val Street and The Esplanade), at 7:50 AM for an 8:00 AM departure. For directions, visit the provided link.
- If running late, contact the boat directly at 0448 958 679. We will try to accommodate, but departure cannot be delayed for late arrivals. No refunds will be issued for missed cruises.
Must Know
- All tours are subject to weather conditions and minimum passenger numbers. Provide your best contact number (preferably a mobile) for notifications. If cancellation occurs due to weather or insufficient passenger numbers, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.
- All passengers must sign a Waiver of Liability before participating. Complete the Smartwaiver, located under each participant's details, before departure. For passengers under 18, a guardian must sign the waiver as a minor.
- Photos and underwater footage from your tour will be uploaded to the provided Flickr link the day after your tour, available for you to save and share (Flikr Link).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancelations or booking amendments must be emailed to info@dolphins.com.au 48hrs or more prior to your scheduled departure time. Perth Wildlife Encounters reserves the right to charge additional fees.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of cruise departure time or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund. Certain individual circumstances mean you may be eligible for a rebook (a minimum of medical certificate for proof of illness required for rebooking), however this is at the discretion of our Operations Manager.
- Amendments to reschedule your booking within 48 hours will not accepted unless eligible for a rebook as per above.

Amazing time swimming with the dolphins! Was lucky enough to see a full view of the dolphins in the water and was able to see them jump out of the water! Had extra time before lunch, so staff were kind enough to find a quiet spot in the ocean for us to swim freely (electronic shark deterrents were set up and we were able to float in our wetsuits) Worth the experience!
