Overall, this was an excellent experience and one of the highlights of our Phuket trip. Ticketing & Entry: Online ticket to paper ticket collection was smooth and well-organised Staff guided us to the correct counter Counter staff were polite, helpful, and clearly explained what to expect and the next steps Park & Ambience: The park ambience was excellent Many beautiful photo spots and a great overall atmosphere Easy to navigate and well signposted Dinner Experience: I had booked seafood dinner, but the staff at the dinner reception were very kind and helped us change to the halal section without any hassle The dining area was easy to find The buffet dinner was sumptuous, tasty, and had a wide variety of items Honestly, one of the best and most lavish buffet dinners I’ve had on this trip Show Experience: Gold seating was very good with clear views The arrangement to deposit mobile phones and cameras was professional and well managed The show itself was amazing – super performance, grand production, and very entertaining There was a long queue to collect the deposited cameras after the show, but crowd management was still handled well Overall, a very well-organised attraction with great hospitality, excellent food options (including halal), and a spectacular show. Highly recommended for families.
Excellent traditional show with good choreography, park was totally different
Very impressive. Recommended.
Booking with Pelago first time was a great experience, 5 stars to Pelago. It was quick, easy and ticket was discounted. Tickets came straight away. Show itself was good, food was average but there was some Indian food so we didn’t have to hungry. Recommend the show for people with children. Show was quite loud though so beware if you have small kids who gets scared of loud bangs.
Very easy to use Pelago voucher. Nice and friendly staff overall a good experience
Great show, we really liked it. We went with the family - two adults and a 5-year-old child. Lots of decorations, special effects, pyrotechnics, varied lighting, animals on stage. We sat in the gold seats on the 9th row (the row under the letter "i") almost in the center. They start letting people into the theater at about 9 pm, and the territory opens at 6, but there is nothing to do there that early. There are just a bunch of shops with toys and souvenirs. There is a huge cafe with a buffet, Thai cuisine, and drinks, except for water, tea and coffee, are for an additional fee. There are also elephants on the territory, you can feed them for 100, take a photo for 800 or ride them for 1200 baht. If you are by car, there is a large parking lot. In summary, in my opinion, it is definitely worth a visit, but you can arrive an hour before the show - you will have time to look at the souvenirs and feed the elephants. You don't have to go to the cafe.
