Download/open the [MLB Ballpark app](https://mlb.tickets.com/?orgid=39129&agency=MARM_MYTIXX) then log in or create an account using the same email used to purchase tickets
If it’s your first time first time accessing your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app, verify your email: go to the Today tab, tap the Settings gear (top right), select MLB Account, and send a verification email. Then open the email and tap the link to access your tickets.
